The Rustic Cottage specializes in luxurious soap and bath products -- good for your skin and good for you. Soap that makes you feel pretty! Many soaps contain no added coloring, just the beauty of natural ingredients.

The fragrance oils and essential oils I choose are of the highest quality!! All soap and bath products are tested for quality, effectiveness and gentleness on humans - my family!

Payment

Payment is due upon checkout. At this time, I accept Paypal only.

All orders shipped to WA addresses will be charged 8.2% sales tax.

Shipping

I will ship only to the Paypal address, unless prior arrangements are made (ie, the items are a gift). You must contact me if you do not want the soaps shipped to the Paypal address -- thanks!

I refund shipping overages of more than $1 right to your PayPal account.

I ship 2-3 times weekly; it may take up to 3 business days to ship your order due to volume.

Shipping flat rate saves you on shipping costs:

Up to 8 bars of soap for $5 in the US, $10 Canada/Mexico and $12 Everywhere Else!

CUSTOMS: Buyer responsible for any customs fees/taxes. I am not responsible for items destroyed by customs officials, please be aware of your country's import regulations.

Refunds and Exchanges

If you are unhappy with a product I will gladly offer replacement, or refund when needed. Soap contains natural ingredients that may vary from batch-to-batch. Please email me with any concerns or questions. Your satisfaction is my top priority!

I try to answer all emails and convos within 24 hours. Please be patient and I will get back to you within that time frame.

INGREDIENTS

All or part of the following ingredients are used. The exact ingredients will be included with each listing.

Soap - Olive oil, coconut oil, soybean oil, palm oil, castor oil, shea butter, mango butter, cocoa butter, apricot kernel oil, rice bran oil, fragrance or essential oils.

Lotion Bars - Shea Butter, mango butter, beeswax, rice bran oil, jojoba oil, herbally infused olive oil, fragrance or essential oils.

Linen/Room Sprays - Distilled water, SD Alcohol, fragrance or essential oils.
