Many of my earrings can be converted to CLIP ONS, free of charge. I have silver plated, oxidized silver plated and gold plated in stock. I am in the process of adding a photo of the clip ons to my listings. I'm also looking for antiqued brass and bronze with a coppery finish clip ons and will add them to my listings when I find them.

All jewelry is mailed in a kraft paper gift box, a handmade gift box (made with handmade paper purchased from an Etsy seller)or a gift bag, tied with jute, raffia or vintage ribbon - perfect for gift giving! If you do NOT want a gift box, please leave a note in the 'message to seller' box.

Payment

I accept Paypal.
Please make sure your PAYPAL ADDRESS AND ETSY ADDRESS are the same. If not, you need to specify which address you want your package shipped to. This can be done in the 'note to seller' section of your order form. If I am provided with both addresses and don't hear from you, I will not ship your purchase until you contact me to let me know which address I will be shipping to. If I don't hear from you within 7 days of purchase, I will cancel the transaction and refund your payment.

Payment is due within 72 hours of purchase. If payment is not received, I reserve the right to cancel the transaction. If you for some reason cannot make payment within 72 hours (3 days), please contact me. I am more than happy to work with you if you need more time.

TN state sales tax of 9.25% is added to all TN sales through Paypal.

Shipping

Shipping is $3.00, plus $.25 for each additional item in the US and Canada and $5.00, plus $.25 for each additional item to everywhere else.
Purchases are shipped when payment is received via USPS.
US orders are shipped First Class Mail with Delivery Confirmation. You can expect it to arrive within 2-7 business days from shipment but occasionally it can take up to 10 days. I am happy to provide the tracking number upon request.

International orders are shipped First Class Mail International and can take between 4-12 business days to arrive.
International customers are responsible for all fees, taxes, and duties associated with shipping to their respective countries.

Refunds and Exchanges

RETURN POLICY:
If for any reason you are unhappy with your jewelry, I will accept a return within 14 days from the receipt of the item. Please return items in their original condition and unworn. You may mail it back in its original condition in a bubble mailer to prevent damage, with delivery confirmation and insurance and I will issue a refund, minus any shipping fees. Please let me know if you are unsatisfied by sending me a convo or an email.

I leave feedback for all transactions once the transaction is complete, which is when I know the items have arrived safely and you are completely satisfied.
Please contact me with any questions or concerns reguarding your order before leaving feedback. I will do everything in my power to make sure that you are happy. When you are totally satisfied, please take a moment and leave feedback, if you like. I will gladly do the same for you, unless you specify that you don't want me to leave feedback for your order.
