It is my mission to create quality, one-of-a-kind, handmade clothing and accessories for earth conscious people.

To make your shopping experience as smooth as possible, I have listed some store policies below. If you have any questions, please feel free to convo me via Etsy. Your questions and comments are always welcome!

Payment

I am currently accepting PayPal (my preferred form of payment), personal cheques (Canada & US only please), and money orders. Personal cheques must clear, which usually takes 5 - 7 business days, before the item will be shipped.

Payment is appreciated within 7 days of committing to buy an item unless prior arrangements have been made. If you are paying by money order or personal cheque, please send payment within 3 days. If you have not contacted me or made payment within 7 days, the sale will be canceled.

Shipping

Canada & US:

The cost of shipping listed is for standard surface shipping. Shipping insurance and tracking numbers are included in this cost. If you prefer expedited shipping, please contact me for an updated shipping price.

International:

The cost of shipping listed is for standard air mail shipping. Shipping insurance is included in this cost. If you prefer expedited shipping, please contact me for an updated shipping price.

International customers are responsible for all customs and duty fees incurred during shipment.

Refunds and Exchanges

I am unable to accept returns at this time. If you have any questions regarding an item, please contact me prior to committing to buy.

Custom Orders:

Custom orders are gladly accepted, so if you don't see the size you take or you would like an item in a different fiber or color, please feel free to contact me.
