Payment

I accept paypal payments and money orders (slows the process some but ok) for purchases.

I am happy to accept layaway payments -- terms are negotiable and flexible according to your needs. Get in touch if layaway interests you.

Shipping

Splink Dolls are shipped domestically via USPS Priority Mail with delivery confirmation on the next shipping day after payment is received.

Other Splink items are shipped via USPS first class mail with delivery confirmation in the US. International customers please get in touch regarding shipping for a specific quote and shipping options.

Refunds and Exchanges

If you are unhappy with your purchase for any reason, or if there is any kind of shipping snafu I will work with you to resolve the problem, or issue a full refund.
