Welcome to the Fierce Kitten Studio Etsy storefront. Fierce Kitten Studio believes that quality and excellence should be present in every product crafted by the designer's hands. We use high quality fabrics and heavy duty canvas to create handbags that last.

Each handbag is named for a family feline. Their personalities are reflected in both the design and purpose of the bag named for them. We strive to provide our customers with a variety of handbag styles that meet every need from big to small... from simple to complex.

Payment

Fierce Kitten Studio accepts all major credit cards as paid to us through the Paypal service. We do not accept checks or money orders as payment. Payment must be received within 24 hours after the time of your purchase. If you wish to cancel your order, please do so within that 24 hour period. Once payment is received, the order will be processed for shipping and cancellation is no longer an option.

Shipping

Shipping is handled through the United States Postal Service (USPS). We use delivery confirmation on all packages to ensure that your package is delivered in a timely manner. All items will ship within 24 hours of payment receipt with the exception of Sundays or Federal holidays. Insurance may be provided for an additional charge if requested by the customer. Once an item has shipped, Fierce Kitten Studio cannot guarantee its arrival at any particular time as it is out of our hands after it is received by the USPS.

Refunds and Exchanges

Once an order is received, the customer may request a refund no longer than a week after. All returned items must be in an unused condition. If any damage or use is detected on the items, no refund will be honored and the items will be returned to the customer.

Additional Policies and FAQs

Unfortunately, Fierce Kitten Studio's designer, Georgia Nelson, is not available for Alchemy orders, wholesale, or consignment opportunities at this time. She is spending all of her extra time focusing her attention on the main shop and raising her infant daughter.
