Justin and Katie are a husband and wife team who work together to bring you SwitchBladeCustoms.

Payment

We accept payment via Paypal and money orders. We reserve the right to relist items if payment is not received within 7 days. If you wish to pay using a credit card and do not want to use Paypal, please let us know and we can accomodate you using ProPay.

Please do not purchase an item for which you are not prepared to pay. Cancelled orders will result in negative feedback.

Shipping

Within the US and Canada, we ship using first class mail for tshirts and Priority mail for purses. Internationally, all items are shipped using Global Priority flat rate envelopes. Postal insurance is available within the US-- Rates depend on the amount of coverage.

Refunds and Exchanges

We do not accept refunds or exchanges unless we mistakenly misrepresent an item. We encourage you to purchase postal insurance if you are concerned about losses via the mail-- We cannot be held responsible if an item is damaged or lost by the postal service.

Additional Policies and FAQs

We currently accept custom orders for glitter vinyl purses, checkbook covers, wallets, etc. We are not currently taking custom orders for tshirts due to Justin's work committments.
