Welcome
Everyone should be able to treat themselves to a few high-quality goodies, so our products are priced fairly and accordingly.
We do no animal testing. It makes the animals nervous and they try to pull all-nighters the evening before trying to cram. Not to mention that our cats hate baths. Instead, we've drafted our willing friends and family to test our products.
No animal products were used in the creation of the majority of our products, so they will make perfect gifts for the vegan in your life. If there are animal products in a specific product (usually goat milk), the listing will clearly state that there are animal products in that item.
Payment
We prefer PayPal. You do not need to sign up for PayPal in order to use their services.
PayPal holds domestic eChecks for 4 days or longer, and international ones for at least 9 days; we will ship your package when they release the funds.
If you do not want to use PayPal, we do accept Visa/MasterCard/Discover/AmEx through our own secure server, and we also offer Google Checkout! Please leave us a note and we will send you an invoice.
We like old fashioned methods of payment, like checks and money orders, too! Please realize that paying by personal check is the slowest method, as we sometimes have to wait up to 10 days to be sure that your check has cleared.
We NEVER ship without payment.
Shipping
Your purchase will ship to you via either First Class Mail (for packages 13 ounces and under) or Priority Mail (anything over 13 ounces) within 48 hours of purchase.
All of our domestic packages are shipped with Delivery Confirmation - your DC number will be emailed to you when your package is shipped. If you do not receive your order, please let us know.
We love to combine purchases to save you on shipping costs! We refund excess shipping charges over $1.
International buyers, we have over a decade of international shipping experience and are happy to ship to you as well!
Refunds and Exchanges
Because of the nature of our products, we do not accept returns. We offer many different sizes in everything except our lip balms; if you need a product be a specific color or fragrance, or are concerned about potential allergic reactions, please choose a smaller size first before purchasing a larger item.
Additional Policies and FAQs
ALLERGY INFORMATION: We try our best to give full disclosure of all our ingredients. We do not use any tree nut or peanut oils in our products. However, due to the nature of oil processing, we can never guarantee that our oils have not been cross-contaminated with peanut and/or tree nut oils.
The candy, however, that we send out with domestic packages, is free of tree nuts, peanuts, peanut by-products, eggs, milk, or dairy products, and is processed on dedicated machinery. ^_^
