Welcome

Most of our self-striping yarns have a 3-4 week lead time. Your yarn is dyed to order in the colorway that you choose. Shipping time may be slightly short or longer than the 3-4 weeks, please let us know if you need your order by a certain date and we will do whatever possible to accommodate this.

Payment

All payments must be made at time of purchase. If payment is not received through Paypal within 24 hours, your items will be placed back in the store. If for some reason payment cannot be made, please let us know asap. Please know that your purchase is not complete until you've completed checkout. Unfortunately until then, any items in your cart can be snatched up by other customers and since quantities are limited the item may not be available again.

Shipping

We ship to the mailing address listed in your Etsy profile, not your Paypal address. Please double check to make sure that this is correct. Any significant excess shipping charges will be refunded through Paypal at the time of shipping.

Refunds and Exchanges

We want you to be absolutely 110% happy with any purchase that you make. If you are not completely satisfied with your yarn, please let us know asap and we'll do whatever we can to remedy the situation.
