My mission for opening this internet store is to make available to others many of the things that I love in my life: Fabrics, fashion, color, creativity, sexuality, whimsy and vintage fun. I truly believe that you can never have too many bags or shoes. I think that ought to be written in the Bible somewhere or put into the Constitution under inalienable rights. Secondly, I know that just because I'm a mother of two small children does not mean that I'm no longer sexy, attractive or hip (just let me be in denial). Lastly, I believe that too many women lose sight of who they are and where they were headed before diapers, spit-up and soccer games.

Me? Yes, I am a buxom lass. And yes, I will wear a tight sweater now and then. I still like to go out with the girls, let my hair down on the dance floor, and get a little rowdy.

You? Hopefully, you love to look good, like to have fun with your clothes, and enjoy owning quality handmade originals (or at the very least, you like strangers to come up to you and ask, “Where on earth did you get that fabulous bag?!?”)

Since my fantasy of starting my own all-girl punk rock/rockabilly group called “Ballistic Sweater Girls” fell through, I decided to take up the torch and continue my dream in a different vein. Just pretend this website is my rock band, but there are no guitars, drums, or microphones, and you guys are my groupies. Hee hee!

Taxation:

Since BSG is located in the Lone Star State, we have an 8.25% Sales Tax for Texas residents. For other state residents, sales tax is not applied.

Paypal Electronic Payment

The good news is that with Paypal, you can use Credit Cards, Debit Cards, and even make e-check transactions. Financial information is kept private and secure exclusively through Paypal, so no worries. Also, there's no waiting for your check to clear.

Money Order or Cashier's Check

Personal Checks

Here's how it goes. You mail the check to BSG Designs. When I receive it, I'll deposit your check within 2-3 business days. Once the check transaction is completed and cleared, I'll send the package for which you're so eagerly awaiting. The whole process takes at least 2 weeks.

Credit Card:

I do accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express & Discovery cards. However, I process them through my Ballistic Sweater Girl merchant account website, so you will need to contact me to coordinate an invoiced transaction.

Shipping

Purchase price includes USPS First Class shipping. For rush shipping or other special requests, we will apply current postal charges only.

Refunds and Exchanges

All sales are final.

However, I personally guarantee products made by me, the original Ballistic Sweater Girl. This warranty includes seams, appliques, fabric and notion application for 90 days. In the rare case that something on your design rips, breaks or comes apart through normal everyday use, contact me and we can discuss repairs. Since each item is different and usually made from rare and vintage textiles, repairs and/or replacement must be discussed on an individual basis considering availability of fabrics, notions and so forth.

WHOLESALE GUIDELINES

The minimum wholesale order is $50.00 before shipping charges.

Standard wholesale orders will be shipped by USPS Ground, unless otherwise requested. Cost will be adjusted according to weight and delivery time.

Business license or sales tax certificate required.

Payments are by Paypal or net 30 days with approved credit.

If possible, we ship from stock for quick receipt. Special orders are subject to extended delivery times.

Brick-and-mortar stores get high priority, so be sure to let us know if you have a local store.

Ballistic Sweater Girl products must be sold under the registered name. They are not to be altered in design or labeling in any way (tag removal, etc).

Ballistic Sweater Girl products are not to be re-sold on an auction website without our strict permission/authorization.

We don't support or supply co-op or buyer's club sales.

From time to time we offer special discounts and items on SALE to our online retail customers - these discounts or sale prices cannot be applied to your wholesale order.
