Payment

Payment information:

We accept: credit cards through ProPay and Paypal, money orders, and personal checks. Items bought with personal checks will not be shipped until the check has cleared. This may take several weeks, so please keep this in mind if you choose this payment method.

If you want to pay by credit card, but do not want to use paypal credit card processing, check out using the 'other' payment option and leave a note in the 'notes to seller' box. I will contact you regarding payment.

Shipping

Shipping information:

After purchase, your order will be shipped within 72 hrs. Each order is carefully packaged to ensure safe arrival of your purchases. All items are shipped via first class mail through the USPS. Alternate shipping options and delivery times are available, please inquire at info [at] beadgaldesigns [dot] com or use the 'contact seller' link in the right hand column, if interested.

Refunds and Exchanges

Product Guarantee:

We want you to be happy with your product and will gladly work with you to ensure your satisfaction. If you are unhappy with your purchase for any reason, please do not hesitate to contact us at info [at] beadgaldesigns[dot] com or use the 'contact seller' link in the right hand column.

Items that are received in damaged condition are gladly refunded or replaced upon return of the item. Damaged items must be mailed for return within 5 days of receipt for full refund. Replacement items will be available in most situations and will be mailed within 72 hrs of return of the damaged item via first class mail at no additional expense.

Items in their original unworn condition may be returned within 10 days of purchase for a refund. Shipping costs will not be refunded.

Returns are done at the buyer’s expense and are required to be insured. With the returned item, please include a copy of the original invoice, a brief note explaining why the item is being returned, and the item carefully wrapped in the original packaging material.

Repairs:

We hold great pride in our wares and will gladly repair any items that break.

If the damage is done through normal wear and tear within the first 6 months, the items will be repaired free of charge, shipping charges not included.

If the item breaks due to other factors or outside of the 6 month period, we will gladly repair the items for a fee. Repair costs vary and are based on time and the costs of the materials involved. Repairs may not be available for items that are severely damaged or are old enough for us to not have the necessary parts on hand to repair them. Please email us at info [at] beadgaldesigns [dot] com (or use the 'contact seller' link in the right hand column) if you are interested, so we can let you know if a repair is possible and give you a quote for the repairs.

Repairs on other jewelry items are available on a limited basis. Some services we provide are re-stringing necklaces, replacing ear wires, re-knotting necklaces, and adjusting lengths of beaded/wire wrapped necklaces and bracelets. Please inquire at info [at] beadgaldesigns [dot] com (or use the 'contact seller' link in the right hand column) if interested so we can let you know if we are open for repairs at that time and whether your repair falls in our area of services.

Privacy:

We will not share or sell any of the information you provide us. We are committed to keeping your privacy and will do everything in our power to protect it.

Customs:

International customers are liable for any and all customs fees incurred upon receipt. Items will not be shipped as 'gifts' under any circumstance.
