Welcome to Beautiful Era! I hope you will enjoy your purchase. I have set up my shop policies to insure all sales go smoothly.

Payment

If sale is not completed with payment via Paypal within 72 hours, sale will be canceled and item relisted.

Shipping

I pack very carefully and ship purchases within 3 days via first class mail with delivery confirmation in the US and via airmail for international.

Please note that I sometimes use recycled shipping envelopes to do my little part in helping our earth. All inner packaging is new and be assured I would never use an envelope in such bad shape that it would be detrimental to the security of your purchase during shipping.

Refunds and Exchanges

Beautiful Era will not accept returns unless an item is damaged in transit. If this happens, buyer must contact Beautiful Era within 7 days of receipt. Buyer must ship item back to Beautiful Era via post in all original packaging. Upon receipt Beautiful Era will repair the item if possible or offer a comparable replacement.

International buyers please note: All customs, duties, and applicable taxes are the sole responsibility of the purchaser. Beautiful Era cannot be held responsible, nor will I put false information on customs forms. Thanks for your understanding!
