Hey all! Most of the items in this shop are made to order! So sometimes it can take a while to get your item. PLEASE email me or send me a convo from here if you are wondering where stuff is. You can also keep tabs on me at my deviantart: http://missmonster.deviantart.com/ I update with journals on there often so it's a good way to see what's up.

Payment

I prefer paypal if you can!

Shipping

Items can take up to two weeks to ship out! I know it sounds like a long time but most of the stuff is here made to order. I try to keep on schedule but iam one person filling a lot of handmade orders and not just ones from etsy. You can check and see when things have shipped by checking the purchases in your etsy account. I tick off "shipped" once i pack an item and it gets mailed out the next day :) I keep up on that so it's an accurate way to see what's been shipped to you.


If you haven't gotten your item within 5-10 days after the estimated ship date, please do message me on etsy or at missmonstermel @ gmail.com.

Refunds and Exchanges

If you need to return or exchange something please email me so we can discuss it. I can do returns on a case by case basis.

Additional Policies and FAQs

As i said before, please please keep in mind that i am a one person operation with no assistants or outside help and sometimes i can get bogged down with orders. I will do my part to get things to you on time but please do yours by being patient and pleasant. Please treat me with respect when making inquiries and please provide any information you can to help me out. Hostility, passive aggressive tones or outright rudeness will not be tolerated and you will be refused further sales.
