If for some reason you find that your product is not satisfactory, do email me at info [!at] theblaqueorchid.com and we can work things out. I will gladly exchange it for something else. However, the product must be unused and in the same condition as when I sent it to you. The product has to reach me and be inspected before I will send your replacement.
