Szarka creates each peice with natural gemstones that she procures herself as a gems dealer. An accomplished artist and years dedicated to the trade blend to make peices that are heirloom, original, and speak to your soul.

Payment

What forms of payment do you accept?

Pay securely through Paypal, your credit card, or a money order. Paypal is an industry leader in secure on line payments, and add an extra layer of protection for you. All credit cards are processed through a secure merchant account. Your credit card information is not stored or saved on this site.

If you are paying by money order please read the following carefully. Please email us the products you are buying so they can be pulled from inventory. The products you are interested in may be purchased between the time you you make your order and I receive your check. You can also call 512-392-3091.

Shipping

Do you ship internationally? If so, how much is it?

Yes, to Canada, Australia, Japan, New Zealand, and most European Union countries.

Priority shipping to the USA is $4.95
First class shipping to Canada is $4.95

Overseas shipping starts at $6 for first class, $13 for a flat rate international envelope that holds 10-17 items, depending on size and weight.

Delivery time varies for each destination.

If you are buying only a few items, I may be able to ship in a small bubble envelope, which would be $2.95. Contact me and we will work it out. If you have paid more for shipping I will be happy to refund you the difference.

Large or heavy orders may be subject to a shipping fee adjustment. I will work out the details with you. There are no surprise costs with Magpie Gemstones.

All duties, taxes, custom fees, etc., are the responsiblity of the purchaser as well as the country's import regulations.

Refunds and Exchanges

Do you accept returns?

Yes, returns are accepted within 14 days of the ship date for a full refund less shipping when items are returned in their original condition. Please include a copy of the invoice or the invoice number.

Yes, there is a disclaimer. While every effort is made to have accurate treatment and size information, this information is not guaranteed to be accurate 100% of the time and is for information purposes only.

Sometimes we make mistakes in inventory and if we are out of stock on an item you will be refunded the full purchase price.
