Greetings and welcome to Alorinna, home of the creations of Cate Donoghue.

Payment

Payment is required before shipment. All payments must be arranged within 48 hours of purchase.

Shipping

I make most items to order. Normally I can ship within 2 business days, but please be aware that custom orders may take 5-7 days. All shipping is standard USPS ground shipping. If you need an order expedited, please let me know and I can adjust your invoice as needed.

Refunds and Exchanges

I will issue refunds within 7 days of purchase, minus shipping.

Buyer is responsible for their country's customs/VAT fees.

All my items are made in a smoke free but German Shepherd friendly home.
