Welcome to rox.kitty where you find handmade items made by myself. Every pieces is made with my love and passion for handcrafted items.

I only use quality beads and findings for my jewelry. Most of the beads I use are Czech glass beads/faux pearls, Swarovski crystal beads/pearls, fresh water pearls and semi-precious.

I enjoy sewing dresses and making accessories for my girls. Most of the items you see here in my store are One Of A Kind (OOAK) or limited unless otherwise stated on the listing.

I have 8 years of graphic design experience, occassionally I will have some premade banners listed for sale. I also accept custom orders.

Payment

Paypal only. Payment should be made within 1-3 days, no later. No Paypal eCheque please.

Shipping

* Please make sure your shipping address is correct. If the buyer has provided a wrong address and the package is undelivered and returned to me, the buyer will pay $1.50 to have the package shipped again.
* All items are packed carefully in padded bags for extra protection and will be dispatched within 2 business days when the payment has been confirmed.
* For any purchase over $50, the items will be shipped free via registered mail.
* I hold no responsibility for lost/stolen/damaged item(s) once they have been posted. Registered post is highly recommended (extra $3).
* Please allow 1-2 week(s) for delivery depending on your location.

Refunds and Exchanges

Please contact me - luminen(at)gmail.com or on Etsy if there is any problems with the items(s) you receive or you are not satisfied with your order.

All earrings sales are final for hygienic reasons. If the products you receive are not as described, I will accept the return of the products in their unused condition in their original packaging.

Refunds will be made via Paypal to your account. Please be informed that shipping cost is non-refundable and I do not offer refund or an exchange for change of mind.
