Every KnitZy Fashion Accessory is a one-of-a-kind hand knit piece, made with luxurious yarns from around the world. I love color and texture and variety, so my hats and scarves reflect this.

Payment

I have had great success with PayPal but I will also accept credit cards directly, just convo me about it first.

Shipping

Shipping is done by U.S. mail first class, within 1 business day of order placement.

Refunds and Exchanges

All items are thoroughly inspected before shipping to assure highest quality. Merchandise damaged in shipping may be returned for full refund or replacement. Returns for other reasons will be allowed, provided merchandise is returned within 5 days of receipt in the same condition as received. Refunds less $5 shipping and handling charges will be made within 5 days of item's return.

Additional Policies and FAQs

Custom orders are welcome. A custom piece would be priced the same as a ready-made of the same style. Add about a week to delivery time. Get the colors you love! I have a huge stash of yarn!
