All designs presented here are my own original work. Please respect copyright. It has taken me many years to create an individual, original style of working for you to enjoy. Do not use copyright images without permission. Original works sold are still my copyrighted work and may not be reproduced without permission. Thank you!

Please pay immediately after going through the shopping cart process. I accept paypal or UK cheque. If you have any problems at all with payment, please get in touch. I am sorry but I cannot reserve items unless this has been previously agreed.
RESERVED ITEMS: PLEASE do not purchase an item listed as reserved unless you are the person who has arranged for the item to be reserved for them. If you do purchase an item that is reserved but not for you I shall issue you a refund and request Etsy cancel the transaction. Please respect the reserved status of items, many thanks!
To reserve an item please convo with me. I can usually reserve an item for 2 days.

I send all items out well packaged and shall send you a convo message to let you know when the item will be or has been posted. Generally, I post out within 1-3 business days of receiving payment. I try to get items posted asap because I know once you have purchased something you want it! I do not include insurance in the postage/shipping price. If you do require insurance please get in touch before purchasing and I can send you a correct invoice. If an item does not arrive within 14 days of purchase please let me know. I cannot be held responsible for missing items but I will attempt to rectify the situation and will use my discretion as best as I can. Please be aware you may be liable to pay any customs taxes applicable within your country.

I really do hope you are pleased with your artwork. I only offer my very best work for sale. If you are at all unhappy with anything, please get in touch. I aim to describe items fairly and honestly. If an item has become damaged in the postal system then you may be able to make a claim with the postal service - if you pay extra for insurance then of course this should cover any damage. As always, I encourage you to get in touch if there are any problems at all.

Please note I do not sell my work wholesale to online galleries. I do not actually sell wholesale - but may offer items to reputable, established galleries who are interested in my work, so do get in touch if interested.
I cannot make custom orders at this time. Quite simply, my work is my own and I am led by my personal inspiration and ideas. However, please get in touch if you have seen something you like and wonder when I might make something similar again - I will be happy to chat with you.
FEEDBACK: please note I make it my policy to wait for the buyer to leave feedback before I leave feedback. This is because sometimes the item is a gift and I don't want to spoil the surprise! Other times, you may simply not wish others to know what you have purchased. When I see feedback it is an indication that you have received the item and I will then leave feedback for you! Please do not leave neutral of negative feedback without first getting in touch with me and allowing me to make right any problems. I really do want you to enjoy purchasing from me and am very humbled by all the positive feedback and comments I receive. I am truly grateful to people who have taken the time to contact me to say how much they like an item. Thank you.
