Payment

PAYPAL
We accept Paypal as payment for all buyers.


CREDIT CARD
We are now accepting credit card payment via propay for US buyers. Please check "other" for payment with credit card and please leave us a note at the check out and I will send you an invoice via email.


MONEY ORDERS/INTERNATIONAL MONEY ORDERS
We also accept international postal money orders(items will not be mailed until money order is received), please mail it within 3 days of ordering. Your order will be cancelled within 2 weeks if money order has not been received.

UNPAID ORDERS/CANCELLATIONS
Any unpaid orders will regrettably be cancelled within 1 week unless buyer has contacted us.

Shipping

ADDRESS
Please make sure your Etsy address is correct when you checkout!
We will send all shipments to this address and not your paypal address. Understand that we cannot be held responsible for any incorrect information given.


SHIPPING TURNAROUND
Orders are shipped out within 4-5 business days after verification of payment( e-checks normally take 4-5 business days in the US to clear, longer for International ). If there is an exception to this we will notify the buyer via email or convo with any shipping delays.

All items are shipped via Japan Post economy international mail to save on shipping costs.

Unfortunately this also means economy mail does not guarantee a delivery time. International order won't be provided with tracking number.

Transit times will vary depending on location.


SHIPPING UPGRADES/INSURANCE/TRACKING INFO
If you would like to upgrade your shipping to EMS, with Insurance and/or add the ability to track your package, please convo us and we will send you a separate paypal invoice for the added services.

Shipping rates include shipping, handling and packaging costs.

International buyers are responsible for any customs fees.

Refunds and Exchanges

We do our best to ensure your item is packaged properly.

Sweet Honey Complex does not accept returns of merchandise. Please consider all sales are as final. However, if there are any problems with your order please email us to work out an exchange or a return. You must convo us within 3 days of receiving your order, and the item would need to be shipped back in the same condition that it arrived. Please keep in mind that shipping charges are non-refundable.

Customer is responsible for the shipping costs of returning the item and we will reship the item at our cost.
