Welcome to ThePaintedTiger! I create unique hand painted yarn, fiber, and custom crafted knits.

We do not smoke, but you may find an occasional cat hair in your package. Please let me know if you are super allergic, and I can take precautions. The cats do not hang out in my studio.

Payment

I am happy to accept Google Checkout (choose 'other' and I'll invoice you) as well as PayPal and Postal Money Order (International Postal Money Orders are fine, also).

If using PayPal, please be sure the address you check out with is the one you want the item shipped to. You can put in a gift address if needed. For PayPal payments, I prefer to ship to the PayPal address. If your addresses disagree, I will contact you prior to shipping.

Shipping

Shipping is usually quoted as Priority Mail USPS. This includes a brand new box and new packing materials. If you wish to save on shipping, please contact me for a parcel post quote. Parcel post shipments use recycled (but clean) shipping materials.

International Buyers - The quoted rate is First Class Letter Post. I will be glad to upgrade you to Global Priority. I conform to the customs laws and check that it is legal to import wool into your country. Any customs or duty fees will be your responsibility.

Refunds and Exchanges

ThePaintedTiger will accept returns on non-custom items. Please contact me within 3 days of receipt, then return to me with Delivery Confirmation within 7 days. Item must be in the same condition as it was sent. Refund will be minus shipping. Sales are final on custom orders, but I will be glad to service my creations if necessary.
