Welcome to Nature's Enchantment. We have a few policies; though they are few, they are important. Thank you for taking the time to read them.

Payment

We accept Paypal and money orders only. It's important that you pay in a timely manner, so we can get your item to you as quickly as possible.

Shipping

We ship via First Class or Priority mail. Starting rates for Priority have gone up to $4.80. We prefer to ship our fairies and gnomes in boxes, as opposed to padded mailers, because we do not want them to be crunched. We love shipping overseas, but you need to contact us first so we can change the listing for you!

We cannot ship NATURE to Australia due to customs. We sent gourds to Australia once ($82 worth!) and customs held onto them. I never got them back and the buyer demanded a refund since she could not get her gourds. Apparently, she didn't know her own country's laws and I didn't know either. It was very frustrating.

Australia has a huge farming and livestock industry and they do not want anything from nature passing over their borders. This includes the acorn caps, any sticks or wood branches, gourds, etc. I can make you custom gnomes or fairies with wool caps. That is fine. So if you are in Australia and want something, convo me and we can work out the details!

Refunds and Exchanges

Sorry, no refunds or exchanges unless item arrives to you damaged due to my negligence or my improper assembly. I wrap all of my items in tissue paper and package them well. I don't insure any items unless specifically asked. If you want to insure the items, please convo me BEFORE purchasing. I will change the listing to include insurance in the price of shipping. Thank you!

Yes, we love customs. Please convo us about anything you are interested in! We will do our best to make a custom you and your family will love. Some things we cannot custom make, as they are one of a kind creations. Please understand this.
