I am very passionate about my jewelry designs, along with making certain that your shopping experience is a pleasure. Much care, along with attention to even the smallest of details, is put into my original loopityloopglam jewelry which is completely designed and handcrafted by me! If you ever have questions, or would prefer additional photographs, please message me and let me know!

Payment

PayPal is preferred, because it is so convenient.

You can also pay via paypal, with credit card, without having to open a paypal account. If you need assistance, or have questions about this sort of transaction, I'd be happy to assit you.

I also accept Personal checks or money orders.

Once your Personal Check, or echeck has cleared, I'll then be able to mail your purchase. This can sometimes take up to 4-10 business days.

It is your obligation to pay for this transaction within 3 days of a Purchase. If you need help understanding that step of the transaction, I'd be happy to explain further, just message or email me. I'm also reasonable. If there is a problem with you paying in a timely manner, just give me a message and I can deal with that. I do require a message stating such within 3 days or I will have to assume I wasn't payed, and I will relist the item. I will also report as non payment, so that I can protect myself. Thank you for understanding.

Shipping

Your purchase will typically be mailed within 3 business days of receipt of your paid order.

Custom made work will typically be mailed within 10 business of receipt of your paid order.

I typically ship via first class mail.

If for some reason you require swifter delivery, please let me know and I would be happy to arrange swifter delivery, and the cost implications for this.

International orders can take as long as 10-30 days to arrive (In my experience).

Please let me know if you would prefer your transaction to be sent with insurance.

Refunds and Exchanges

I accept exchanges and refunds. If you have reason for such a request, I ask that you contact me within 7 days of purchase. Item must be returned in original box, and in new condition. You will be required to pay postage. Once I receive the item, I'll then refund your purchase price, minus any handling or shipping fees.
