Welcome

Thank you for visiting my shop! I hope you are happy with your purchase. It was handmade with care. Knitting and sewing are my hobbies and while I do not profess to be an expert at either, I make every effort to sell only quality items here.

Payment

I accept PayPal and expect same-day payment. However, if you purchase multiple items please wait until I send you an invoice, to ensure that you do not overpay for shipping.

Shipping

I ship within two business days of receiving payment, via USPS Priority. If you need an item more quickly, please convo me before you purchase. I will be happy to work with you if it is at all possible on my end! I will happily combine shipping on multiple purchases made the same day - please wait to pay until I send you an invoice.

Refunds and Exchanges

In the event that I send you the wrong item, I will exchange it for the correct item at no charge to you. Please convo me so that we may work out the details and take care of it as soon as possible. In general I will not accept returns, so please be sure before you buy. However, if you are truly unhappy with your purchase I would appreciate the opportunity to make it right, so please send me a message.
