Welcome

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase, and if you have an issue or concern with any of our merchandise, we want to hear from you.

Payment

We accept payments through PayPal, as well as checks and money orders. Payments through PayPal are required to be received within 72 hours. Payment via checks and money orders need to be received within five business days. Items will be shipped upon receipt of PayPal and money order payments, and upon clearance of check payments. If you need to cancel an order, please notify us using the “Contact aridanfashions” link in the shop.

Shipping

By default we ship items via USPS, but we are willing to accommodate shipping upgrade requests where possible. If you need a shipping upgrade, please contact us via our contact link in the shop, and we will provide you with an updated invoice with the new shipping cost. We include delivery confirmation on our shipments, and provide insurance for shipments greater than $50 in value. The shipping timeframe for custom orders will be communicated at the time of the request and are dependent upon the time and complexity of the custom order.

We ship items out the next business day after payment is received. At this time we do not offer international shipping.

Refunds and Exchanges

We will provide a 30-day window for refunds or exchanges from the day payment is received. We will provide a refund if the item has been damaged in transit, or there is a serious defect in the materials or craftsmanship of the piece which renders it unusable. All other items will qualify for an exchange if we are contacted within the 30-day window of purchase. The buyer is responsible for the shipping cost of returned items. The shipping cost of an exchanged item will be the responsibility of Aridan Fashions. Custom orders cannot be returned.
