Payment

All international, non-UK, buyers must pay through Paypal.
UK buyers only may pay by cheque, please contact me prior to sending for price in pounds sterling.
Payment is required as soon as possible and if not received within 7 days of purchase the items will be re-listed.
Please contact us straight away if there is a problem with payment.
Items will be sent once payment is cleared.

Shipping

I package all items very well so that they are safe in the post.
I will combine postage for multiple purchases; please contact me before paying and I will send you a new total.
I try to post all items within 1-2 days of payment clearing, if this is not possible we will always contact you.
All items will be sent 1st Class within the UK and via Airmail for international.
If you require postal insurance please contact us, there is an added cost for this so please contact me prior to paying.

Refunds and Exchanges

Returns and Damaged items

Please contact me straight away if you have any problem with your laurafallulah items.
Initially I will require a description of the fault and possible a photograph before I arrange for the item to be returned, I will pay for the postage for the item to be returned.
I will do anything I can to repair or replace any item.
Refunds will be given if I cannot repair the item or in special circumstances. This does not include initial postage costs.
Unfortunately we cannot refund non-faulty items, as we are a very small company.

If you like the laurafallulah style but dont see exactly what you I can always try to make things in alternative colour combinations or sizes. I love to make custom designs so please contact me if you have an idea you would like to discuss. Prices will be given after initial consultation.
