Welcome

It means a lot for me to be able to sell my artwork, and good customer service and communication is important to me.

Payment

I only accept paypal as payment, and payment should be made at the time of check out. If there has been no payment after 2 days, I will either contact you to see if you are still interested in the item, or just cancel the sale.

Shipping

I mail First Class USPS, and I usually mail orders out within 2 days of payment. First Class mail usually arrives within 5 working days. International shipping times vary a lot, but orders usually arrive well within 2 weeks.
I always ship to the address you have listed on Etsy, even if it is different than the PayPal address.

Refunds and Exchanges

I'd really like you to be happy with items you purchase from me, so if there are any problems or questions, please just email/convo me.
