I love to do custom work, feel free to contact me with any questions!

Everything I make is made from something recycled. I also use every part of a vintage book, from the cover to the pages. I also try to use all my paper scraps. Everything I can't use is recycled at a facility by my home. I especially love making journals/sketch books.

Payment

Payment must be received with in 7 days of purchase, if this is a problem please contact me immediately. After 7 days I will report non-payment to Etsy and leave negative feedback.

I accept Paypal, domestic money orders and domestic checks. I hold all checks and Paypal checks for 5-10 days or till they clear my account. I will not send items or begin custom work till payment has cleared.

Payment must be received before work will begin on a custom item.

Shipping

I will combine shipping if you purchase from both of my shops with in 24 hours of each other or if you contact me first. Please contact me before payment and I'll send you one adjusted invoice.

Due to post office hours and my work schedule I only ship on Tuesday, Friday and Saturday. All non-custom orders will be shipped 1-7 business days after full and cleared payment. Custom journal orders will be shipped 1-14 days after full payment to allow for production and drying time. If you need an order faster let me know and we can definitely work things out. I generally ship first class or priority, delivery confirmation is only included on the pendants and trinket boxes. Delivery confirmation is not available for international orders. Insurance can be purchased upon request.

International Shipping:
I do not collect any customs when sending your package. Any customs fees, taxes, tariffs, duties, etc. that may be incurred at the time of delivery would be at the discretion of your country's tax regulations. I have no way of calculating how much these fees would be, should they occur, and PenguinLove is not responsible for those charges. Returns will not be accepted due to customs fees, nor will I reimburse you for custom fees.
I cannot lie on customs forms, and mark it as a gift when it is not. This is illegal.
The value declared on your package will be what you paid for the item. (less shipping)

Refunds and Exchanges

At PenguinLove my goal is for you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase. If for some reason you are unhappy with your purchase please contact me within 5 days of receiving your item. I do not refund shipping or pay for return shipping.

If your journal becomes damaged due to wear or starts to fall apart for some reason and you'd like me to repair it please contact me. If you pay shipping both ways I will usually repair free of charge depending on the damage.

CUSTOM:
I love doing custom work so message me if there's something you want but you don't see it here. I can even use something you have laying around at home: an old book you want made into a journal; a picture of a friend you want made into a mirror or badge; a record you want turned in a bowl or clock; or you want me to look for a specific book or record. There is no additional charge because something is custom! Anything you want done I can try to do.
