*Process*
I throw on the potter’s wheel or use slabs of clay to hand-build my clay forms - then use carved linoleum blocks or hand-carved stamps to impress my functional pottery and porcelain jewelry. I also like to add little clay birds and nests to the lips of my of my pots on occasion.

Payment

Payments made via PayPal should be made immediately after placing an order in this Etsy Shop. If a delay in payment is required for any reason, it is the customer responsibility to contact me via email or Etsy Conversation to make arrangements.

Orders paid for via Check or Money Order will not ship until payment is received and confirmed.

Virginia Residents Add 5% Sales Tax to Purchases - PayPal payments will have the Sales Tax automatically added on during checkout.

Shipping

I take great care in packing each purchase so it arrives safely.

*Small items, such as jewelry, will be shipped USPS First Class Mail (Priority Mail and/or Insurance is available as an upgrade, please contact me before you pay for an item and I will email you an updated invoice if you would like to add Insurance, etc).

*Mid-sized items will be shipped Priority Mail (Insurance is available as an upgrade, please contact me before you pay for an item and I will email you an updated invoice if you would like to add Insurance) *Please Note* The Priority Mail price is very close to the Parcel Post price for my smaller pottery items, so the quicker more reliable method is used.

*Larger items over $45 will be shipped Priority Mail with Insurance*

***Please note that my shipping rates reflect the actual cost of shipping and the materials required to make sure my fragile items arrive safely, any overage above & beyond those costs will be refunded to the purchaser***

*Domestic Shipping Times*

*Small Items* (Jewelry, Buttons, Beads, etc) usually go out within 48 hours of cleared payment.

*Large Items* (Pottery) usually go out within 72 hours of cleared payment.

Items usually arrive from one to four days after they are mailed.

Please check my Shop's main page for announcements about times when Tasha will be unable to ship for a few days.

*International Shipping*

*Small items from my shop shipped overseas will be sent via USPS International First Class. Please be aware that items shipped overseas can take a few weeks to arrive.

*I will consider International Shipping for larger items from my shop, please contact me for an International Shipping Quote.

Refunds and Exchanges

Please contact the Seller via email or Etsy Conversation about any problems before leaving Feedback. Issues relating to shipping should be brought to the Seller's attention as soon as possible. The Seller will offer accommodations once aware of an issue.

Requests to Return an item must be made with in 48 hours of receiving the item. Requests for Returns must be accompanied by an explanation of the need to return the item. The Seller will offer accommodations once aware of an issue. Accommodations offered: Refund (minus the shipping cost) or Exchange (if a suitable replacement item is available). The customer is responsible for return shipping & insurance charges for Returned items - Returned items must be properly packaged and insured.
