Payment

Please use Paypal for payment. You can use your credit card and it's super easy! Please make your payment withing 48 hours of completing your Etsy transaction. Thank you!

Shipping

Items will ship within 3-5 business days of cleared payment. Shipping is through the USPS. If you are an international customer, your order will travel Air Mail.

Refunds and Exchanges

I stand behind my work. Period. If you ever have trouble with a Twist Style piece, please let me know right away and I'll do whatever I can to help you. Refunds and exchanges are done on a case by case basis, and items must be returned unworn and in original packaging.

Materials:
Please note that pieces with vintage components will sometimes vary very slightly. Due to the handmade, one of a kind nature of my work, you may find a shell button instead of a glass button, or a slightly different arrangement of stones in a "randomly" designed piece. If you have a specific request, please convo me, or leave me a note in the Comments Section of your check out page. Also, handpainted items are just that - and since I'm a real person and not a machine, there will be slight variations in each piece, but I will do everything I can to ensure you get what you are expecting!
Wholesale Customers:
Twist Style is currently carried in more than 40 stores around the world. Please convo, or email, me at maryellen [!at] twiststyle.com with your name/shop name, location, and the nature of your business (clothing boutique, gift shop, internet shop)for wholesale and ordering information. I can not do consignment, I'm sorry.
