Welcome

Hello and welcome to my online shop. I enjoy working with fiber and yarn. I love sharing my enthusiasm for Shetland wool with others and enjoy seeing what is created with the fiber. I also like to experiment with other fiber types and seeing what I can create with them.

Payment

I accept paypal or credit cards through the paypal system. If paying with money order, please convo me. Item will not ship until money order has been received and verified.

Any order left unpaid after one week from initial purchase will be cancelled and re-listed. Exceptions may occur at the discretion of the seller.

Shipping

I try to ship items out as soon as I get confirmation of a sale and payment. Most of the time, shipment will be the next business day after ordering and payment. I convo when an item has shipped so the buyer can expect arrival of their item.

I prefer to ship to the US via USPS Priority Mail. I am willing to ship via First Class Parcel as well, so just convo me if that is your preference.

For international orders, I ship via International First Class mail. Convo me and I can arrange a reserved listing for your items with the proper shipping charged.

Refunds and Exchanges

I hope you enjoy the items as much as I do.

If for some reason you are unsatisfied with your purchase, please convo me no later than 7 days from receipt of the item prior to returning the item. Return postage is the responsibility of the buyer. I will, upon receipt of the item in good condition, refund the cost of the merchandise. I regret that I can not refund the initial shipping cost of the item.

Good condition denotes that the item should be in saleable original condition with no apparent odors (smoke, pet, perfume, etc).

Additional Policies and FAQs

Items come from a pet friendly non-smoking home. I take every precautionary measure to make sure that no cat or dog hair gets onto the items I sell.
