Payment

I ask for payment within 5 days of your order.

Orders can be made securely and easily online using PayPal and your credit card. If you'd prefer to pay via check or money order you may do so. My mailing address is:

Orders are shipped once your check clears. Please mail your check or money order out within 3 days of ordering. You will receive an email confirming your order.

Purchases being sent to mailing addresses in Maine will be charged 5% Maine State sales tax.

Shipping Information

When your order is shipped, you will receive an email letting you know it's on its way. Orders over $18 are shipped using the United States Postal Service Priority mail. Orders under $18 are shipped via first class US Mail. Framed artwork is shipped via insured USPS priority mail. All orders go out within 5 business days.

Shipping rates:
$0 - $15.00 = $2.00 S&H
$15.01 - $39.00 = $5.00 S&H
$39.01 - $100 = $10.00 S&H
$100.01 - $250 = $16.00 S&H
$250.01 and Up = $20.00 S&H

Refunds and Exchanges

Returns

I hope you'll be delighted with your order. But if not, returns are accepted within 14 days of your receipt of the order. Please contact me and let me know you'll be returning work and why before sending it. I suggest sending any returns via insured mail and packed very carefully. In the event your purchase is damaged when you receive it, email me immediately and we will make arrangements for replacement, repair or refund. Refunds are limited to the purchase price and do not include shipping fees.
