Welcome

Welcome to my shop policy page. I'm glad you're here and I am absolutely committed to your total satisfaction. I opened my shop way back in the early days of Etsy and recently decided to spend more time here and make my own little shop a fun place to find unique items to create your life.

I make all the items in my store myself; often with my own patterns. Each hand painted item is an original and one of a kind. I keep a Discovery Journal and use the sketches, photos, quotations and sparks of ideas to inspire me when I start a project in my studio.

My husband and I moved out to the country because we wanted a simpler life. Our house now is only 800 sq feet and is on two and a half acres. We have cats and chickens and a vegetable garden. My studio sits in the fenced pasture next door to the house. I have feeders outside the windows because I love to watch cardinals.

I believe that respecting the environment and using only what you need is vital to the future of our planet. I recycle and many of my creations use recycled materials and are all as earth friendly as I know how to make them.

Payment

I accept Paypal, and can work with you if you prefer another method of payment.

Shipping

I ship your package within 24 hours of receiving your payment. Most of the time I use USPS, but am willing to send by FedEx if you prefer (shipping charges will be based on actual cost of FedEx shipping).

If you buy more than one item I offer reduced shipping rates.

I am happy to gift wrap your purchase to send to your designated recipient. If you would like your own card tucked in with the gift package just let me know and I'll hold your item until you send the card to me in the mail. Of course I am happy to include a gift tag as well if you prefer.

I have not shipped internationally, but am willing to do so, shipping charges would be based on actual costs.

Refunds and Exchanges

It is my goal for you to be 100% satisfied with our transaction. I can accept returns that are in unused original condition for refund or exchange if you contact me within ten days.

I carefully wrap each package appropriately to assure that your items arrive in perfect condition. I cannot be responsible for damage or loss by the carrier.

Additional Policies and FAQs

I welcome custom Alchemy orders and many of my items can be personalized upon request.
