IMPORTANT NOTICE!!!!!!!!!!! - If you need something in time to give as a gift for Christmas, please only order things that are NOT "made-to-order" (listings will tell you if they are not in stock right now). My current workload won't let me get a made-to-order piece in the mail in time for holiday gift giving. I could, however, send you a special gift card with a photo of an item to give at Christmas and the made-to-order piece would follow.
Payment
LAY AWAY PLAN:
1. "Buy" the item you want.
2. Let me know you need a lay-away plan in the "Note to Seller".
3. I will send you a PayPal invoice for a 20% non-refundable down payment.
4. Pay that invoice within 3 days. (If you don't, I will leave negative feedback and have the sale canceled.)
5. Take up to (but no longer than) 60 days to pay the balance in as many separate PayPal payments as you want. (If you do not pay the full balance within 60 days, I will refund everything you have paid less the 20% deposit.)
6. As soon as full payment has been received, my normal shipping turn-around applies.
Shipping
International Shipping Costs: I charge $9 for shipments to other than the US, Canada, and Mexico. This is high, BUT I do refund any excess in actual shipping and packaging costs when I return from the post office. The high initial charge allows me to offer international shipping without figuring out the rates for each country. Thank you for your understanding!
Turnaround for Shipping:
*I will ship any on hand item in my store the day after I receive payment confirmation (or the next Monday if payment is received on Saturday).
*If an on hand item requires resizing prior to shipment, I will contact you with an estimated mailing date (seldom more than an additional day).
*Items that are "made to order" will be created to your specifications; turnaround on these could be 2-3 weeks depending on my workload. I can usually ship much sooner than that, but I do not want you to be disappointed.
Refunds and Exchanges
I do not issue refunds.
I do accept returns due to defects in materials or work(wo)manship (not for damages from mishandling/misuse) for repair or exchange within one month of purchase. Please contact me prior to returning the item with a detailed explanation for the return.
