Hello there! Please take a moment to read my policies, and please contact me with any questions! Every piece in my shop is unique, I don't replicate anything unless specifically asked. Many times I can change the colors also, so please ask if you're curious about a piece in another color.

Payment

I prefer Pay-Pal because it allows for a perfectly smooth transaction. But I also accept personal checks. Please allow a little extra time on transactions being made by check, for I can't always get to a bank during business hours.

Shipping

Important!
I will ship to the address provided to me here on ETSY, so if you'd like it sent someplace else please provide the new address in the message section!! If you want it sent to your Pay Pal address, I need to know!

I use standard shipping. Normally I get to the post office on one of my two days a week off, so if there's any reason you need to put a rush on it please let me know in the note section of your purchase and I can make a point to get the package out asap.

Refunds and Exchanges

Please no exchanges! All sales are final. If it arrives to you damaged or in any manner unacceptable, please convo me and we will arrange to have it returned for a repair and I will cover the cost of shipping.
