Welcome to our little corner of Etsy. First, please note we shut down our store for awhile due to family and personal illness. We felt it was better to close down than have customers upset with feeble attempts to keep going.

I have loved needlework, color and fiber all my life. My first attempts at dying yarn were at age nine with crushed berries and my water color paints and markers. What a joy it was as an adult to discover real dyes.

I feel everyone should have more color choices for their projects than what is available in the large commercially produced market. My partner opened this shop so I could share my creations with others. Hopefully, you will find something you like.

Payment

Paypal is preferred method of payment. Will accept money orders. New York state residents add 8% sales tax.

Shipping

US customers can chose First Class or Priority Mail shipping. Insurance is optional for customer. International order please convo for shipping quotes to your country.

We try to charge close to exact shipping charges, a small handling fee is add for shipping supplies if choosing first class. Any overcharge in shipping fee will be promptly refunded to your Paypal account.

All products are placed in a zip-lock baggy to protect against damage that might occur during shipping.

We will be happy to gift wrap your purchase for a small fee. Just let us know through convo.

Refunds and Exchanges

We will be happy to refund your purchase for any reason you're not satisified. Please convo within 14 days of purchase, send item or items not satisfactory in original condition and we will refund your money upon return receipt of item/s.

I try very hard to get accurate color images. Colors unfortunately look different on different monitors, and web browsers. We have two desktop computers and lap top, pictures look a little different on each one. I try to give a description of colors for this reason. If once you receive your purchase and it's just not what you thought it would be and not happy, let me know. I'll be glad to refund your money for item plus half the shipping charges upon return receipt.

Please note, we store all items in Rubbermaid totes with lavender sachet to protect against pests and odors. I say odors, as I live in a small apartment and you might not want your yarn smelling like my corn beef and cabbage dinner, or my building neighbor's roasted garlic and fried onions.

We have bunnies and cats, I take every precaution against pet hairs. I don't let them sleep or roll on anything I plan to sell. But pet hair does what pet hair does. Just so you in case there is someone with severe pet allergies.
