this shop serves two purposes- as an overflow gallery for my (anna bronwyn murphy) unsold works (mostly paintings) and as the main venue where i sell my line of handmade, original jewelry- PULPtart. i made the choice to include both aspects of my art in one shop because i feel that the two interrelate and it's important to me to be wholly myself, even (or maybe especially) in a sales situation.

Payment

while i prefer paypal i am open to other forms of payment- please send me a conversation before purchase if you don't intend to use paypal. please pay promptly. if you are for some reason delayed in making payment send me a conversation and let me know when you plan to pay. i am a most reasonable and understanding person if things are explained properly.

Shipping

within the united states, i ship usps priority- free insurance and delivery confirmation.

foreign shipping is an estimate based on usps express mail quotes- i ship express because it is the only international option that offers tracking information and built in insurance. if you would like to choose a different service please send me a conversation before ordering, however if it is a cheaper service you are waiving my liability in the instance of a package being lost or damaged in the post. the buyer is responsible for knowing their country's customs and import taxes etc. please do not order an item from me if your country prohibits its import or if you are unwilling to cover any possible import charges. up front, i adamantly refuse to fib on any customs form- to do so could mean a very large fine for me.

Refunds and Exchanges

i don't have an official refund/exchange policy but if for some reason you are dissatisfied with your purchase please shoot me a message and i'll work it out on a case by case basis. making my customers happy is tops for me and i'll do whatever possible to ensure that.
