Rifferaff is committed to small scale, local, and eco-friendly production.

Being based in Ann Arbor, I make an effort to utlize Michigan-based suppliers. All honey used in my soaps is made in Michigan and all the papers used to wrap the soaps come from the Niles, MI French paper mill, a family-run paper mill run on hydroelectric power.

All inks used are water-based and most colors are hand-mixed.
Every piece is hand pulled, trimmed, and packaged by me.
Because I am involved in every step of the production process, waste is kept to a minimum.

Payment

Orders will ship upon receipt of full payment.

Shipping

Packages are wrapped in protective bubble wrap and shipped via USPS.

Refunds and Exchanges

If you are unhappy with your purchase for any reason, contact me and I will do what I can to make it right.
