I am a fiber artist trying to change the world through crochet… well not really, but I am a fiber artist. Anyway… Knot By Gran’ma is a one woman enterprise, where I basically crochet myself silly. Each piece is handmade by my two hands and completely one of a kind. I’m finding a great deal of pleasure crocheting up these pieces, as each seems to have a personality of its own.

Payment

How can I pay you? - You can pay through checks, money orders, Paypal, Google Checkout or Revolutionary Money Exchange (RME).

Can I use Paypal if I am not a member of Paypal? - Yup. Paypal will allow you to pay by credit card even if you are not a member. You can join afterwards or not.

What if I want to use Google Checkout or RME? - Click "OTHER" as payment and then please let me know in "NOTES TO SELLER" for an invoice.

How do you accept checks or money orders? - Your piece will not be sent out until the check or money order clears (this can take up to 2 weeks) and if your payment is no good or "bounces" you will be charged a $25 fee.

How do I pay for a custom order? - Custom orders require at least a 50% non-refundable deposit before any work is started. The rest can be paid as you like. Once payment is made in full, the piece will be sent out. All alchemy orders are to be paid via Paypal, Google Checkout, or RME. I will send you an invoice once the bid is accepted.

Shipping

I am shipping on Wednesdays only for now, due to the fact that I will be having a baby any day now. See my shop announcement for more information.

I ship using USPS first class shipping with delivery confirmation for most orders. If you would like me to upgrade to priority mail or add insurance to a piece, please let me know so I can figure out the shipping charge.

There is no shipping charge for PDF crochet patterns.

I'm an international buyer, what should I know about your shipping? - International customers are responsible for all fees, taxes, and duties which belong to their countries. ALL INTERNATIONAL ITEMS ARE SENT GLOBAL PRIORITY MAIL.

PDF Crochet Pattern FAQ's

I have a different email address on my Paypal account - I will send the pdf pattern to the Etsy account email unless there is a note to sellers.

Can I custom design a pattern? - Yes. Please drop me a line at knotbygranma (at) gmail (dot) com or send me a convo and I will get back to you within 24 hours. (M-F)

How long it take to get my pattern? - You will receive your pattern within 24 hours of your payment clearing.

How are my patterns sent? - All patterns are sent as PDF files in an email attachment. Please add the KBG email address to your address book, so it doesn't get stuck in a spam box. knotbygranma (at) gmail (dot) com.

Refunds and Exchanges

If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase, please contact me within 30 days of receiving the piece. I will gladly return your payment (less S&H) once the piece has been returned in its original condition.

PDF crochet patterns are non-refundable due to their nature.

Do you have a privacy policy? - Yes. Knot By Gran'ma will not for ANY REASON give out your personal or business information to any 3rd parties. It is strictly confidential. All purchases are secure.
