Welcome to Ewe'n Me, Etsy Store! Thank you for stopping by to look around and shop in my store. Please stop by often to see all the new items that I frequently add to my inventory.


Many new items are in the works for both of my Etsy Store for this Fall/Winter.

Payment

Payment must be made, upon purchase. Any order not paid for, will immediately be relisted, if payment has not been made within 24 hours. With recent non payments and slow payments, I have had to impliment this policy immediately.

I accept PayPal for payment.

Shipping

Orders will be shipped once PayPal payments have been transferred and cleared my bank. PayPal takes up to 3-4 business days to transfer funds to my bank accounts. I do not ship until PayPal has transferred funds and has cleared my accounts. Sometimes payments will be transferred earlier than 3-4 business days and I ship out orders immediately.

I do not ship outside the United States. No International or Canandian shipping.

I ship ALL orders through the USPS, using Priority Mail with Delivery Confirmation. If it is a smaller order..... such as stitch markers.... I use First Class Mail with insurance being required.

Please take note: If an order remains "unclaimed" once shipped to buyer, and is sent back to me, for the item to be resent, buyer must pay shipping charges again, per USPS policies. I can't absorb the costs to resend a package that has been "unclaimed" by the buyer.

Refunds and Exchanges

No Refunds or Exchanges.

If an order is shipped and not picked up by buyer, returned to me.... I will not offer a refund or exchange. If the buyer wants an order re-shipped, the buyer must pay shipping charges again, to reship order. Please don't expect for me to resend at my expense if you have not "claimed" your order from the Post Office or where ever your mail is held.

Additional Policies and FAQs

On a case by case basis...... I may consider custom orders. Contact me to discuss the possibility of custom orders.

We are not responsible for lost or damaged items if you choose not to insure your order. If you would like insurance, please send a message with your order. I will invoice for the additional charge for insurance.
