All Sam Made products are handmade by Samantha Wagner in Vancouver British Columbia. Each item is constructed using both new and recycled materials.

We are always open to questions, suggestions and custom orders so feel free to contact me! See what is going on in my life and with the shop at http://sammade.blogspot.com

Payment

All payment must be received within two days of product purchase. If you have any questions about payment please email us before you make your purchase.

Shipping

All shipping is done via Canada post and will be shipped within 4 business days upon payment unless otherwise specified. Depending on where the bag is being shipped to, the length of delivery time will vary.

If you have any questions about shipping costs before or after you purchase an item, please send me an email as soon as possible to notify me.

Refunds and Exchanges

Refunds will be made in full (excluding cost of shipping) if we are notified within 5 days of receiving your bag that you would like to return it. Refunds will be made via paypal once the product is returned to seller (at the cost of the buyer).

Sam Made Product Care
If necessary spot clean products with cool water and gentle detergent. Do not put products in the washing machine. Bags and accessories should be hand washed in cold water and lay flat/hanged to dry.
