Welcome to threedeer! In this shop, you'll find only handmade items, crafted by yours truly.

The name threedeer is loosely based off a reoccurring dream I have where my two sisters and I are represented as talking baby deer. We each have distinct personalities and they inspire me on a regular basis to create diverse items.

Payment

>I accept payment through PayPal.

>You don't have to have a PayPal account to pay for your order securely using a Visa, Mastercard, Discover, Amex or e-check, just click "continue" next to "Don't have a PayPal account?" and take it from there!

>Orders paid by e-check will ship promptly after they have cleared (Usually takes about 3-5 days)

>Orders not paid for within 24 hours will be subject to cancellation.

Shipping

*Orders ship the first business day after order is placed.

*I ship via USPS First Class Parcel which takes approx. 2-3 days.

*Combined (discounted) shipping is offered on orders with multiple items

*I automatically ship to the address in your PayPal notification. If you would like it shipped to a different address, make sure you contact me in a conversation to let me know!

Refunds and Exchanges

I work hard to make everything in my shop lovely, but if you have any concern about an item you received from me, please let me know.
If there is some major flaw I somehow missed, you can return the item within 30 days of purchase to get a refund.

Additional Policies and FAQs

Most of the items in my shop will come gift-wrapped with a handwritten note. If an item is intended as a gift, leave me a note in the "Message to Seller" field indicating what you'd like your message to say!

*I live and work in a smoke free environment.

* Whenever possible, I try to use recycled materials; sometimes using vintage fabric, glue and packing materials.
