Welcome

*PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE check your Etsy and Paypal addresses to make sure they match. If they don't, it will likely delay your order. If they don't match, please let me know which you want me to ship to.

*Custom orders are welcome

*Please check sold section, some items may be recreated

Payment

*Tax of 7% must be charged to NC residents, please wait for a revised invoice before paying.

*Paypal, Check, VISA, or Mastercard are accepted. Credit card payment will be arranged through Propay.

*Payment must be made 2-3 days from day of purchase according to Etsy policy. Please let us know immediately, if the product was purchased accidently.

Shipping

*All items ship within 3-4 days of reciept of paypal, check or e-check. E-check takes longer to clear.

*Delivery confirmation is sent only for US clients.

*Delivery outside the US can take 2 weeks up to one month. Faster shipping is available for an upcharge.

Refunds and Exchanges

*You have the right to return unworn product 10 days after receipt. Delivery confirmation is the basis of this date. If visible signs of wear are apparent, then no refund will be given.

*If the item was described or pictured incorrectly then you may return it. Shipping will not be refunded but refund for cost of the item will be submitted through paypal or check. If item was broken in transit, DLD will try to repair the item.

*If your items breaks over time due to normal wear and tear, please contact DLD to have it fixed. If possible, this will be done free of charge.

Additional Policies and FAQs

*Wholesale and consignment inquiries are accepted. Wholesale is the preferred method at this time.

*Custom orders require a 50% deposit.

*Custom orders can take up to 2 weeks to receive.
