Hi & Welcome to Usable Art byABPryor! It's been a long time coming but I am finally placing my HANDMADE items in my Etsy Store. I also list vintage & art/craft supplies.

Please note my store policies. This is to ensure that you have a most pleasant experience, while allowing me to service you as well.

Payment

I accept Paypal Payments and US Money orders only. NO checks. Paypal Payment or notice of a US M.O. payment is due within three (3) days of purchase.

Shipping

I usually ship within 24-48 hours of a confirmed purchase and completed payment via USPS. You will be notified when your merchandise is shipped. You will also be notified of any delays pre-shipment.

Insurance is available for an additional fee above the stated shipping and handling. Please convo me if you would like to insure your items. Insurance is highly recommended. I will NOT be responsible for any damages or delays due to the postal system.

Refunds and Exchanges

I strive for customer satisfaction. If for any reason, you are not satisfied with your purchase of a **HANDMADE** item, please convo me immediately. Unworn, unused items may be returned within 3 days of receipt of package for an exchange or a full refund (minus shipping).

Vintage items & Supplies are AS-IS and cannot be returned unless grossly misrepresented.
