Welcome to Rebecca's Soap Delicatessen. My business was founded in 2001 when I began making soaps as an alternative to commercial soaps which I found drying and would often break out my skin. I am a proud member of the Handcrafted Soap Makers Guild, and I hope you like my alternatives as much as me and my family do.

Please note that all listings are for a single bar of soap or single lotion unless otherwise stated.

Payment

At this time, I accept the following payment methods:
* Paypal
* Google Checkout

To pay via Google Checkout, simply check "paypal" as your payment option and indicate payment method in notes to seller. I will then invoice you via google checkout. Payments are expected immediately upon checkout, or within 36 hours of receipt of an invoice.

Payments via PayPal Echecks must clear before items will be shipped.

VA customers pay 5% sales tax.

United States shipping costs are set for the US West Coast. US East Coast orders may cost less than indicated. If this is the case, gross over payments of $1 or more over actual shipping costs are refunded. Most shipments will not exceed $10 within the U.S. if I am able to ship US Flat Rate Priority Mail. This policy, however, is at the discretion of Rebecca's Soap Delicatessen.

At this time only soaps are shipped internationally. They will be shipped priority mail. I can ship up to 8 bars of soap to Canada for $11 and Worldwide for $13. Excess shipping charges for international orders exceeding 8 bars of soap will be billed in increments of $11 for Canada and $13 Worldwide for each set of up to eight additional bars of soap.

Customs fees, taxes, and duties on International orders are the responsibility of the buyer.

If you have a coupon code, please enter it in the notes to seller, and wait for a revised invoice. Limit one coupon code per order per person.

I reserve the right to request additional funds for shipping if I have grossly under calculated shipping costs. In this instance, the customer has the right to pay the additional shipping or request that the sale be canceled.

I reserve the right to cancel any order I see fit should I feel it is fraudulent or am not comfortable with the transaction.

Shipping

All orders placed will normally be shipped within 1 - 3 business days upon receipt of payment, but no later than 7 days after payment has cleared.

Echecks must clear before shipping. Once an echeck has cleared it will be shipped following the guidelines above.

Packages will be sent via USPS. All U.S. orders will be shipped with delivery confirmation and can be tracked at http://www.usps.com.

In the result of a shipping error, Rebecca's Soap Delicatessen will take every measure to correct the error at my expense. Final decisions, however, are the sole discretion of Rebecca's Soap Delicatessen.

Refunds and Exchanges

Because of the personal nature of the items sold, returns of soaps and other personal care products will not be accepted. If you have problems with a product, please contact me to see if we can work things out.

Additional Policies and FAQs

I will consider custom orders. Custom soaps require a 32 bar minimum with 50% non-refundable deposit up front, and the remaining 50% payment at the time of completion. Turn around for custom orders is 3-4 weeks.
