Payment

For international orders I only accept payment through Paypal or a major credit card and payments must be made immediately after purchase unless we have come to a prior agreement.

If you are in Canada and would like to send a cheque or well concealed cash (at your own risk) then please send me a conversation and we can work something out.

Shipping

Packages will be shipped within 7 days upon receipt of payment (usually within 3). Orders should arrive within 2 weeks (faster if you're in Canada).

Refunds and Exchanges

If there is a problem with your purchase please contact me.

Additional Policies and FAQs

PACKAGING:
Are you sending someone a surprise little gift? I'd be happy to include a note card with your message- just include what you'd like to say in the comments when you purchase.

I like to use recycled packaging whenever I have it available (less waste and lowers costs for me and you!) If you prefer that I use new materials (e.g. you're sending a gift to someone) please say so in the comments and I will gladly oblige.

CUSTOM ORDERS: Feel free to contact me for custom orders as well as wholesale discounts.
