Thanks for checking out my shop! All items you see here are made by and modeled by me in my home. Sewfly exemplifies my inner artist who likes to paint, stencil, and sometimes promote a message through my work. It's all about color and pretty things! :-D

Payment

If your Paypal and Etsy addresses are different, please let me know which you'd like your package to be sent to.

Those wishing to pay by money order should contact me for further instruction.

All payments should be made within 5 days of purchase.

Shipping

I ship all orders within 2 days of receipt of cleared payment. If for some reason I am unable to ship within this time frame, you will be notified. All purchases made on Friday will ship on Monday. Please allow 2-6 days for delivery. Delivery Confirmation is included with domestic postage. International buyers, please be prepared to wait 6-10 days for the delivery of your item(s).

Refunds and Exchanges

I list garment measurements as accurately as possible, so please be sure to compare those listed to your own before purchasing. If you have any questions in determining whether a particular garment will fit you, please feel free to contact me with your specific measurement information.

All requests for refunds or exchanges are dealt with on an individual basis. If you receive a garment that your are unsatisfied with where the fit or quality is concerned, please contact me immediately to resolve the issue.

Whenever possible, I like to keep things positive. Before leaving neutral or negative feedback, please contact me concerning any problems you may have with a garment or shipping. I am always willing to do what's necessary to resolve any issues.
