Welcome! If you have any questions, comments, requests or cupcake recipes, please feel free to convo me!

Payment

I prefer paypal, but will also accept personal checks and money orders if you have an established account with etsy that shows a history of positive feedback.

Once the item is purchased, please pay via paypal or contact me to let me know "the check is in the mail" within three days of purchase. If I don't hear from you after three days, I'll have to assume that something's gone sideways and will re-list the item.

Shipping

I ship via USPS First Class. I strive to get items sent out quickly so that they'll arrive at your door in the most timely fashion.

I try to be as eco-friendly as possible, so if your piece comes in a re-used bubble mailer or box, rest assured that the product on the inside is still top-notch (and good karma comes along with it!) I will package your purchase with the utmost care so that it will arrive at your doorstep happy and intact.

If you prefer a different shipping method or want me to add insurance to your USPS shipment, please let me know, and I'll revise your total to reflect those additional costs.

International buyers: If you are interested in purchasing from my store, please convo me prior to making the purchase. I'll research the cost of shipping the item to you and the estimated delivery time, and I'll advise you of the charges so you can decide whether the terms work for you.

Refunds and Exchanges

Communication is key, and my ears are always open! If you ever have a concern with a purchase, just convo and let me know. We'll work together to resolve it to your satisfaction. I'd much rather receive a convo (and work to make it right) than to find out only through unhappy feedback. Let's talk!
