Welcome to my etsy shop! Everything here is handmade by me, often from Vintage or Repurposed materials. I am enchanted by objects with stories behind them, and I want to share those stories with the world.

Payment

My preferred method of payment is PayPal. I do expect payment at time of purchase, and sales will be cancelled per Etsy policy if items are not paid for within three days of purchase.
If you see something you love and would like me to hold it for you, convo me. I will often hold items for up to 5 days.

Shipping

All items are sent securely wrapped in sturdy and clean recycled packaging. No packaging that touched food is used in case of allergies.

All items are shipped out via USPS first class mail with delivery confirmation within 3 business days of payment. Larger/heavy items are usually sent priority simply because it is cheaper. I provide insurance on domestic orders over 70$. If you would like insurance on a smaller order, convo me please. All items are sent tracked, and if it shows it was delivered I am no longer responsible for the package. I will however, do my best to assist you in tracking any lost items.

For international purchases, I also ship first class unless specifically requested to ship priority and the added fees are paid. I do provide proof of mailing upon request, but because of the inability to reasonably track or insure packages once they have left the States, I cannot take responsibility for any that go missing.

Also, please note that due to an exceptionally high percentage of lost packages, I no longer ship to Turkey or Italy. If you purchase from me from one of those countries, I will refund your money and cancel the sale. Thank you for understanding.

Refunds and Exchanges

I strive to keep my customers happy. If you got an item that isn't what you expected, please contact me within 3 days of receipt and I will happily issue a shop credit upon return receipt of the package. If the item was damaged in shipping and was one-of-a-kind, you may of course choose to receive a refund.
In the case of damaged packages, I will also refund your shipping. (If the damaged item was insured, you will have to go thru the post office for a refund, as that is their policy, thank you for understanding)

Please, please do not ship packages back without convo-ing me first.

Wholesalers:
Please contact me for specific terms. I have a minimum purchase requirement, and all wholesale orders are done through custom listings only. Not all items are available, and wholesale orders must be paid for at time of purchase.
