Welcome to Tacky Top Hat at Etsy.com! We're a one girl business, run in our free time and adored by people across the world and down the street. Our philosophy is to adorn the world in cute. We would describe our cute as a unique kind, it is not the typical puppy dogs and kitties, it's chic, genuine, and not like anything else.

Payment

I only accept paypal at the moment, we've had a lot of trouble in the past with concealed cash and money orders. Sometimes they do not make it all the way to us so paypal is your best bet. Please pay right after your purchase, we will wait 1-2 days but if you do not pay we will re-list the item(s).

Shipping

I ship out when it is mostly convenient for me. I have a job and I go to school so I usually end up shipping things during the weekdays. I package everything with care, and most packages are sent by first class. I do ship internationally, it is the same price. If you would like insurance with your package it is just an extra $1.75, please inquire with me about that before you purchase anything.

Refunds and Exchanges

There are absolutely no returns. Please make sure you are willing to commit to the purchase before you buy it. If there is a problem with what you purchased please email me and we will solve it but I generally will not accept returns. I am not liable for items being broken/damaged though the mail. I do my best to prevent this from happening. But of course, if it does happen please message me and we can figure out the problem. Thank you for understanding this!

I am currently looking to do custom orders and will be more than willing to do a wholesale or consignment with an online or off line shop. Please message me with your information and I'll get back to you within the next 1-2 days.
