Payment

-I except Paypal only. If you do not have a paypal account you can still pay by credit card through paypal. Just hit the pay by credit card button after going to paypal.

-Failure to make payment or contact me about any problems with your payment, within 48 hours of clicking the 'buy now' button, will result in a canceled transaction.

Shipping

*If my shipping price estimate is more than $1.00 over actual cost, I will refund the difference.*

-U.S.
Items will be shipped out the next business day after payment is received. I ship USPS Priority Mail within the US. If you wish to have insurance or delivery confirmation, please contact me and I will adjust the rates accordingly.

-International
I ship international orders once a week. After I receive your order and payment I will contact you to let you know what day your item will be shipped. I am sorry for any inconvenience, now that we live in Chicago it is a little more difficult to get to the post office.
I will ship First Class International. If for any reason you need something to be sent International Priority, please contact me before your purchase.

I happily ship internationally, please take note that girlsavage is not responsible for any duties or customs fees, they are the sole responsibility of the buyer.

Refunds and Exchanges

I am a reasonable person. Please contact me if for any reason you are not satisfied with your girlsavage purchase. I will be happy to work with you to make it satisfactory. :)

Additional Policies and FAQs

**Custom Orders**

-Please contact me if you are interested in custom design work for yourself or as a special gift for a friend.
Check out my sold items for inspiration for possible custom work.

-At this time the turnaround for a custom is about 3-4 weeks for delivery.

-Once your custom item is ready for you I will contact you with a link to your reserved item. At this time you will be able to purchase your item.

-Reserved items will be held as long as 1 week. Please contact me if for any reason you can not purchase your item in this time and I will be happy to hold it for you. After the first week if I have not received any communication from you, the piece will be taken out of reserve and made available to anyone.

-Custom items are shipped the next business day after your purchase is completed and payment is received.
